By placing an order with Smokerstuff you attest that you have read and agree with the terms stated below.

Please select from the following payment options:

1. Secure Online Ordering allows you to place your order 24 hrs. a day on our secure server using your VISA, Master Card or Amex. We do NOT accept electronic checks or eChecks (direct transfer from a checking account) so please do NOT use that option. Information passed from your computer to the secure server is heavily encrypted for maximum security of all information relayed. Relaying credit card or bank information is completely safe with our system. All orders placed must contain all the information asked for. MINIMUM $10 ORDER FOR CREDIT CARDS and ELECTRONIC CHECKS. Refer to your invoice number in any further traffic about this order.

Credit cards and electronic check approvals are instantaneous, but electronic check transactions still require 5-10 days for funds to clear from your bank to ours. Orders are not shipped for electronic check transfers until we have verified the funds have actually transferred to our account.

All credit card and electronic check orders are sent insured and require a signature for acceptance. This acts as the signature of approval for the transaction just as if you signed an actual credit card slip in person.

2. Credit Card by E-Mail or FAX orders can be placed at any time. Include complete information on quantity, item number(s), description(s), cost of each, total cost including shipping, FL tax if applicable, credit card type (VISA, MC, or Amex), credit card number, expiration date, full name as it appears on the card, shipping name, complete address, and phone number. You may also phone us and relay the information over the phone to place an order: 727-825-8677.

3. Cash, Check or Money Order purchases can be made by completing and printing our Order Form. Please mail the order form along with your check or money order made payable to Smokerstuff to:

Bad checks will result in a $25 service charge. This amount will be debited from your account. Please only use the electronic check option if you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the purchase.

Personal and business checks require 14 days clearing time, whereas money orders clear in 2 days and get much faster shipping to you. If you are in a hurry for your shipment, pay by cash, money order or credit card.

The shipping price includes insurance. Within the US we ship all items insured, because items do go "missing" or occasionally get damaged via US mail. Insurance protects us both.

If you have any questions about shipping charges, e-mail me and I will get back to you with exact figures for shipping. For large purchases containing various single lighters, gift sets and collector sets, I will quote you the exact shipping amount once you email me.

Return Policy: All defective merchandise will be replaced (items are inspected before being shipped). All other returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee - such as you decided you didn't like it. If you do need to return an item for any reason, please contact us first and we will arrange a refund. Do NOT initiate a charge back as it incurs heavy service charges on our account. We are very understanding and will responsibly handle any situations. We offer a 30 day no-questions asked return period. Any item returned past the 30 days is subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded, because they have been paid out to ship the item to you.
Shipping Policy: We attempt to get out all orders quickly. We handle a great many Zippo (and other) products and are constantly selling stock and receiving new stock. If we don't have your item(s) in stock when your order arrives, we will fill the order as soon as our next shipment arrives. We generally ship out within 3-5 days for cash, credit card purchases and money orders, but shipping may take longer if the item is out of stock when your order arrives. Many orders are shipped within 3 days, but it may take as long as two to four weeks if you catch us out of stock on an item and between shipments from our suppliers. We deal in over 1000 different unique items, we attempt to keep well stocked in all items, but there are still periods where we are temporarily out of stock. Electronic checks require about 5-7 days for clearing.

We require 14 days clearing time for personal checks, and depending upon availability, orders generally take 14-21 days for personal checks. If you need an item by a certain date, e-mail us regarding our inventory of current stock items and pay by cash, money order or credit card.

Loss or Damage: If an item is lost or damaged in shipment, we will need to file a claim with the Post Office or with whatever delivery service was used to ship the product. The Post Office will trace and/or initiate an insurance claim ONLY after a certain period of time has passed from the date the parcel was shipped (30 days for USA shipments and 60 days for international shipments). In the event of loss or damage we will require a signed statement from you to begin the process. While loss or damage during shipping is rare, if it does happen we request that you work with us on getting the insurance claim paid. DO NOT CALL YOUR BANK AND INITIATE A CHARGEBACK. If you order from us you agree to follow the insurance claim procedure in the event of loss or damage and you agree to NOT file a chargeback on the purchase. If you can't agree to that then do NOT place an order with us. We work quickly to resolve any insurance claims.
