For all shipments sent without insurance, we obtain a Proof of Mailing Receipt from the post office when we ship out the package. This costs $.60 and is added to your total shipping costs. This is so Smokerstuff can show that the shipment was actually sent in the event of non-delivery (loss). Smokerstuff assumes absolutely NO liability for shipments sent without insurance, and the the customer assumes total responsibility for the loss.
