SMOKERSTUFF INSURANCE POLICY

Smokerstuff assumes NO liability for any shipments lost or damaged during shipping.  We encourage insurance on every shipment and the price of insurance is included in our shipping rates.  If you choose NOT to have us include insurance, we will do so, but by doing so you clearly understand we accept NO liability in the matter and you are soley responsible for any loss due to damage or missing shipments. We require a Proof of Mailing Receipt, at an additional cost of $.60, if you choose not to insure.

If a shipment does get lost or damaged, we will work with you and the post office to collect the amount allowed per the insurance. A claim cannot be filed with the post office for 30 days after the date of shipping, as very often packages do arrive late. Once 30 days are up, and a shipment hasn't arrived, we will expedite the forms necessary to collect the claim. The US Post Office is very good about settling claims on lost or damaged shipments. If a shipment is lost or damaged, you will be reimbursed as long as you okayed insurance for your purchase.
