Zippo Ordering Information

INTERNATIONAL ORDERING - E-MAIL or FAX

Due to the way we verify credit card orders, only certain countries may order by credit card. All other countries, NOT listed below, MUST follow the instructions to place an order by mailing payment or directly transferring funds to our account.

You may not use credit card payment method unless your bank is in one of these countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britian, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

All others follow the above described methods.

(Write "Smokerstuff" clearly at the TOP of the first FAX page.)

Supply the following information:

1. Name (exactly as it appears on the credit card)
2. Address (must be the same address on file with the credit card institution)
3. Zip Code
4. Phone Number (must be same number as on file with the credit card institution)
5. E-mail address (if you have one - you will be sent a receipt - not mandatory)
6. Items ordered, descriptions, item numbers, prices, and shipping/insurance costs.
7. Total amount of order.
8. Credit card type (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, or American Express).
9. Credit card numbers.
10. Credit card expiration date.
11. Credit card CODE (on back of card).
12. Name of Bank for the credit card.
13. Phone number of the customer service department of the bank for the credit card.

You may send the credit card numbers in two seperate E-mails to guarantee greater security if you desire. If you do so, please clearly indicate which group of numbers is the first part and which is the second part of the credit card numbers.

We WILL call and verify the information with the bank, so please do not bother submitting a request if everything doesn't match with the bank. We MUST ship to the same address as on file with the credit card company billing information for the card.

Send the above information to us, either by E-mail or by FAX. If you choose to send a FAX, please also E-mail us that a FAX has been sent so we can be on the lookout for it.
