FILLING IN THE "DESCRIPTION" BOX

It is important to include all costs when figuring out the TOTAL AMOUNT for the Order Form or the secure server form (credit card orders). Here are the four possible costs:
1) Total cost of the items being purchased.

2) Total shipping costs.

3) Cost of insurance (if you choose to ship with insurance)

4) Cost of the Proof of Mailing Receipt (if you choose to ship without insurance - which is a common choice)

The costs from numbers "1" and "2" will be in every order placed. You will have EITHER cost "3" or "4". When you ship with insurance, we will receive a proof of mailing in the form of an insurance receipt which is date stamped by the post office. Without insurance, we obtain a date stamped "proof of mailing" receipt to be able to prove we sent the package in the unlikely event something happens to the shipment once shipped out.
You should always E-Mail us first on international orders so that we can clearly detail the exact costs and TOTAL AMOUNT for your order. Then there will be no mistakes, overpayments or underpayments of orders. If you do make mistakes and require additional charges or charge backs, you will be responsible for the service charges involved (anywhere from $1-$25). If you do make a mistake, E-mail us so we can work out the best (and cheapest) way to handle it.
